Daniel Chi
President

Daniel is the President of Celerity Advisors LLC, an Austin based financial services firm specializing in advising companies and organizations in the areas of employee benefits, executive compensation, succession planning, and insurance brokerage services.  Daniel is responsible for the firm’s growth, strategic planning, and overall operations.

Daniel’s primary expertise is in the design, implementation, and funding of risk management mechanisms in employee benefits plans, business life insurance strategies, and retirement plans.  In this capacity, Daniel has established strategic partnerships with professional firms across multiple disciplines to deliver the highest quality of services.  Daniel works closely with his team to achieve the firm’s strategic goals, and is responsible for the firm’s overall financial planning, and human resources.  Daniel is a graduate of University of Texas at Austin.

Executive Benefits

Cline is the practice leader of Celerity’s Executive Benefits Consulting services.  Cline specializes in the design, implementation, communications and informal funding strategies of non-qualified executive benefits programs.  Over a span of forty years, Cline has implemented numerous executive benefits programs for both private held and public traded companies. He also provides extensive gap analyses comparing current executive benefit offerings to industry benchmarks. In working with clients, Cline practices a consultative approach that's process based instead of product driven, which has proven to help retain top executives and key employees.

Charlie OH
Managing Director

Charlie is the managing director of Celerity Advisors. In this capacity, Charlie manages the firm’s marketing initiative, strategic planning, and overall operations of its employee benefits practices, customer service efforts and accounts management. Charlie focuses on providing optimal value and experience to clients by delivering meaningful and actionable ideas on plan strategies, cost-savings, benchmarking industry standards as well as compliance.
