Employee benefits

Employee benefits that attract talent and control costs

From your first group health plan to a self-funded strategy, we design, negotiate, and manage benefits programs for employers with 8–300+ employees.

Benefits are one of your biggest expenses. They should also be one of your best recruiting tools.

Rising premiums, complex compliance rules, and employees who don’t understand their coverage are common problems. We fix them with smarter plan design, alternative funding options, modern administration technology, and year-round support for you and your team.

Frequently asked questions

What is an ICHRA?

An Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) lets employers reimburse employees, tax-free, for individual health insurance premiums and qualified expenses up to an amount the employer sets. It offers predictable costs and lets employees choose the plan that fits them.

What is a level-funded health plan?

A level-funded plan combines self-funding with stop-loss protection and a fixed monthly payment. If claims come in lower than expected, the employer may receive a portion of the surplus back. It can be a strong option for healthy groups that want more cost transparency.

How many employees do we need to offer group health insurance in Texas?

In Texas, small group health coverage is generally available to employers with as few as two eligible employees. Carrier participation and contribution requirements vary, and we will walk you through your specific options.

Can you help us start or improve a 401(k) plan?

Yes. We help you compare 401(k) providers and plan designs, including safe harbor options that can simplify annual compliance testing, review fees, and coordinate employee education and enrollment. We work alongside your plan provider so the plan fits your overall benefits strategy.

Do you help with open enrollment?

Yes. We prepare enrollment materials, run employee meetings in person or virtually, set up online enrollment, and answer employee questions so your HR team is not overwhelmed.
